Frequently Asked Questions
If you have a question that isn’t answered here, please get in touch via the Contact page.
Where are the prints produced?
The prints are produced at Spectrum Photographic, a long-term trusted supplier in Brighton. The prints are checked in person before they are signed and shipped for delivery.
What sort of paper will my print be made from?
The type of paper varies depending on the image and a range of papers have been tested for each project to find the most effective option. Details of the particular paper used can be found in the description of each particular photograph. All papers used are archivally sound.
Do you offer framing options?
A framing service is not offered, but if you’d like advice on framing options please get in touch.
When will I receive my order?
Prints can take up to a week to be produced and checked, and up to a week for postage. If there is any urgency to your order please contact me directly.
Prints purchased as part of the 30 FOR 30 flash sale in June 2024 will be processed collectively after the promotion ends. They will be printed and shipped early July. Shipping confirmation updates will be provided.
Can I return the print?
As the prints cost money to produce, refunds are not possible once an order has been processed. If a print is damaged in transit, please get in touch to discuss a replacement. Once a print is received and checked, the care of the print becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
